As with any technology, there are bound to be people who use it for evil. Crooks are always finding ways to get the better of technological systems that are meant to make our lives much more convenient…and safe. Vehicles are saturated with technology nowadays, the keyless entry being one of them. But it is akin to a thief finding the key to your home, right on the doorstep.
Now, this is something that I welcome wholeheartedly for F1 drivers and four-wheel racing in general. The much talked about ‘Halo’ cockpit protection system is a hotly debated topic for drivers and fans alike. FIA, the governing body, is said to want the ‘Halo’ system implemented in 2018, after it was pushed backed in 2017.

It is the dream of many South East Asian countries to have a homegrown car manufacturing industry. This dream is soon to become a reality for the people of Communist-ruled Vietnam, where a local conglomerate called the Vingroup is working around the clock to finish its mega-factory near the northern port of Haiphong.
If you want to see streets ruled by anarchy, lack of discipline, absence of courtesy, and offensive driving, then come and drive in the Philippines. People who have been living here might not even notice these, but visitors or newcomers are often aghast when driving here. And they swear never to drive here again.
