UiTM wins Perodua Challenge with Techno Seat Invention

Universiti Teknologi MARA proved its creativity by securing the 2017 Perodua Eco Challenge with the invention of a ‘Techno-Seat’. The award was secured after it edged out nine other institutions —Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Universiti Malaya (UM), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)—for the overall crown.

New F1 Logo Fails to Impress

Just after the conclusion of this year’s Formula 1 season with the Abu Dhabi GP, a new F1 logo was unveiled, much to the dismay of drivers and fans who felt that it doesn’t live up to the supreme motorsporting event. The new logo is painful to look at it. While the old logo represented F1 accurately, the new logo looks tired and subdued. Nothing to denote the frenetic pace that is F1.

Volvo Opens New Showroom in Kuala Lumpur

Volvo Cars Malaysia just opened a brand new showroom in the heart of Kuala Lumpur yesterday. Sisma Auto, an authorized dealer, converted this ground floor showroom that was formerly home to Jaguar Land Rover into a new one for Volvo.
