X-1R Deliver the Proof Once Again

Recently, our friends over at X-1R finally launched their new product, the X-1R Motorbike Formula, in Malaysia, and what a launch it was. Attended by a number of social media influencers, media reporters and members of the motorcycle community in Malaysia, and held at a popular restaurant just outside of Kuala Lumpur, the event featured a very bold demonstration of just how good the new product is.
Claimed to reduce vibration and fuel consumption, and give all small motorbikes a bump in power, X-1R decided to give a very graphic demonstration of the Motorbike Formula’s prowess by demonstrating the product on a rolling-road motorbike dynamometer, which is a machine that measures the power output of a motorbike in terms of brake horsepower (BHP) and torque.
To start with, the team from MAG Auto Garage and lead by Mr Hafiz conducted four base runs to establish the output of the Yamaha Y15 bike they had for the test. Then, the team treated the bike with the new X-1R Motorbike Formula, ran the product in for a few minutes and retested– the results were dramatic.

Basically, the new product is specifically designed to work with small engines commonly found in ‘step-through’ motorbike. These tend to be high revving–you know, the type that frequent the roads all-over Southeast Asia. When dealing with small engines, it is essential that the viscosity of the oil is not compromised, so extensive testing of the product in the X-1R laboratories took place to ensure that this was the case. For ease of use and to keep costs to a minimum, the product has been packaged in a handy one-use 45ml sachet, so you just pour it in and go.
As we said, the results were nothing short of remarkable: with just 45ml of product being put into a one-litre oil sump on the test bike, there was an increase from 14.1 hp to 15.1 hp. This is an over 5% increase in horsepower and torque. What this means is that the bike will go farther on the same amount of fuel, and that has to be a good thing.
The launch had actually been scheduled for much earlier in the year but they had a problem: the launches in the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. These earlier launches went so well that there was no stock left for Malaysia, which is of course a nice problem for X-1R to have.
Apparently, production has now been ramped up and if you are in Malaysia, you can now also get yours online at X-1R Shopee mall. But wait, there is more: for a short period, there is a very generous “Buy 3 and Get 6” offer. But with a product as good as this, the offer will not last long, so you had better hurry before it is all gone.
